Ingredients

6 corn on the cob

Chowpatty style - 2 whole

  • 1/2 table spoon of salt
  • 1 table spoon of chilly powder
  • 1 whole lemon
Pesto butter (2 nos thick sliced and skewered)
  • 2 table spoon of softened butter
  • 1 table spoon of peanut mint pesto
For Peanut Mint pesto
  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 3 table spoon of peanuts
  • 1 table spoon of garlic
  • 1 green chilly
  • 1 table spoon of Parmesan cheese
  • Salt as required
  • 2 table spoon of olive oil
Pickle butter ( 2 nos halved post roasting)
2 tbsp softened butter
1 tbsp mango pickle paste

Method

  • Peal the corn. Remove the hair. Place it on fire and occasionally flip it over. 
  • Once they are roasted, remove them from fire. 
  • Prepare peanut mint pesto with the help of ingredients mentioned above. 
  • Mix 1 table spoon of of Peanut Mint pesto with 2 table spoon of of softened butter. 
  • Mix 1 table spoon of of mango pickle with 2 table spoon of of softened butter. 
  • Mix salt and chill. Slice the top of lemon and coat it with salt and chilli powder, 
  • Brush the prepared marinate over the grilled corn and indulge in it!
