Panna Cotta Recipe

Ingredients you need for Panna Cotta


  • One table spoon of  gelatin which is unflavored
  • Two table spoon of cold water
  • Two cups of cooking cream
  • One by three cup sugar
  • One tablespoon of vanilla extract/ 2 vanilla beans 
  • Garnish
  • Pomegranate 
  • Kiwi suits better or use any fruit you want
  • Young Mint leaves

Preparing Method


  • Pour some water in a bowl with gelatin and keep it aside for three to four minutes so that the gelatin can bloom. 
  • Turn on the gas and heat the cream on a moderate flame.
  • Throw your vanilla seeds and pods into the hot mixture. 
  • Agitate well and add sugar with it then mix it all.
  • Add the bloomed gelatin you kept aside.
  • Turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down to your room temperature. 
  • Chuck the vanilla pods
  • Pour the mixture into a glass.
  • Refrigerate it for minimum an hour or more. 
  • Garnish the glass with kiwi cubes, pearls of pomegranate and mint leaves.
